CUSTOMER SUPPORT / CIVERENT

A clear path when you need help.

Civerent provides a direct support channel for billing, account, technical, procurement, security, and accessibility questions.

Effective September 13, 2026

1. Direct support

Email support@civerent.com for customer support. This is the direct support channel for account access, billing, invoices, cancellations, refunds, technical issues, procurement questions, and accessibility feedback.

For enterprise and government requests, include your organization, country, procurement timeline, and the requirements you need reviewed. Civerent will confirm whether the current service and a negotiated agreement are appropriate.

2. What to include

  • The account or workspace email address.
  • The page, workflow, or invoice involved.
  • The date and approximate time of the problem.
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened.
  • Your browser and device for technical issues.
  • Only the last four digits of a payment card when needed for identification.

3. Never send secrets

Do not email passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, private cryptographic keys, government identification numbers, complete payment-card numbers, or card security codes. Civerent will not ask you to send those secrets by ordinary email.

4. Response and escalation

Support requests are reviewed during normal operating hours. Urgent security concerns should be clearly labeled as security-sensitive and should contain enough information to identify the affected account or workspace without including exploit code or unnecessary sensitive data.

For billing changes, cancellations, refunds, or procurement commitments, support may need to verify account authority before taking action.

5. Self-service resources

  • Use the Civerent Billing dashboard to review plan state, invoices, refunds, and the Stripe billing portal when available.
  • Review Billing, Refunds & Cancellation for the current Team price and refund process.
  • Review Security, Privacy, Acceptable Use, Accessibility, and Responsible AI for operating commitments and limitations.
  • Use Request a Consultation for enterprise or government scope discussions.
