Customer and commercial terms
These public documents explain the baseline terms for website visitors, account holders, and self-serve customers. A signed order form, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or negotiated customer agreement controls where it expressly differs from a public policy.
Privacy and data processing
Civerent publishes how personal information, customer content, service-provider relationships, retention, and deletion are handled. Customers should raise regulated-data, residency, transfer, or sector-specific requirements before submitting that information.

Legal and procurement review
Public policies are designed to make evaluation easier, but they are not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel. Civerent does not publish a final standard DPA, SLA, certification, or government authorization unless the applicable document or current evidence is expressly available.
Enterprise and government buyers may request a scoped review. Confidential materials, customer-specific commitments, and negotiated terms may require identity verification, confidentiality protection, and a signed agreement.
