COMPANY / CIVERENT

Governance infrastructure for accountable AI operations.

Civerent connects systems, risks, policies, controls, evidence, ownership, and decisions into one inspectable operating record.

Effective September 26, 2026

1. Mission

Civerent is building governance infrastructure for organizations that need to know which AI systems they use, who owns them, what risks and policies apply, which controls are implemented, and what evidence supports each decision.

The objective is not to replace accountable people with a compliance score. It is to give teams a connected operating record for repeatable oversight, review, and defensible reporting.

2. The problem Civerent addresses

  • AI inventories are often incomplete or separated from ownership and risk decisions.
  • Policies and controls can become static documents without implementation evidence.
  • Reviews, approvals, exceptions, and remediation work are distributed across disconnected tools.
  • Executives, auditors, customers, and public-sector evaluators need different views of the same underlying record.
  • Organizations need transparent readiness information without unsupported certification claims.

3. Current platform

The current Civerent platform connects an AI Registry, Risk Engine, Policy Center, compliance frameworks, control implementation, evidence history, AI Change Control, AI Passports, simulation-based governance fire drills, integrations, technical tests, reports, enterprise-readiness workflows, billing administration, and organization-scoped communications.

Availability, limits, implementation assistance, and assurance requirements depend on the selected plan and any signed agreement.

4. Operating principles

  • Truthful capability and assurance claims.
  • Human accountability for consequential decisions.
  • Organization-scoped access and evidence integrity.
  • Clear commercial, support, privacy, and security information.
  • Progressive assurance as customer and regulatory requirements grow.

5. Current business stage

Civerent is an early-stage service. Public materials identify current limitations, including certifications, government authorizations, support coverage, and automated status capabilities that are not yet available.

Organizations should evaluate the current product, controls, providers, and contracting path against their own requirements before purchasing or submitting regulated information.
