FRAMEWORKS / READINESS

Framework support with honest boundaries.

Civerent turns supported references into operational records while keeping interpretation, applicability, and assurance accountable.

Effective September 14, 2026

Framework support method

Civerent framework packs organize authoritative references into customer-managed controls, implementation records, ownership, evidence, review dates, and reporting. Customers remain responsible for interpreting obligations and determining the controls appropriate to their organization and AI systems.

A framework mapping is not an audit opinion, legal conclusion, certification, authorization, endorsement, or guarantee of compliance.

NIST AI Risk Management Framework

Civerent currently includes a version-pinned NIST AI RMF 1.0 framework foundation and installation hardening. Organizations can manage implementation and evidence against the supported framework content in their workspace.

NIST does not certify Civerent or customer implementations through the AI RMF. Customers should use the authoritative NIST publications when interpreting the framework.

Additional framework requests

EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, sector-specific, contractual, and custom control mappings may be evaluated through a scoped engagement. They should not be assumed included, complete, legally sufficient, or continuously updated unless current product documentation or a signed agreement expressly confirms that scope.

New framework work should identify the authoritative source, version or effective date, jurisdiction, applicability assumptions, mapping method, review owner, and update process.

Government and public-sector readiness

Civerent can support structured readiness discussions and evidence organization, but it does not currently claim FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CMMC, FISMA, CJIS, or another government authorization or certification.

Public-sector buyers should identify hosting, residency, accessibility, records, security, incident, procurement, supply-chain, and authorization requirements before purchase. Civerent must confirm which requirements the current service can satisfy and which would require a different environment or roadmap.

Customer implementation responsibilities

  • Determine which laws, frameworks, contracts, policies, and risks apply.
  • Assign qualified owners and approvers.
  • Adapt controls to the organization's systems, people, vendors, and decisions.
  • Provide complete and accurate evidence.
  • Validate technical tests and automated indicators.
  • Obtain legal advice and independent assurance where required.
  • Review mappings when authoritative requirements or organizational conditions change.

Evaluate a framework requirement

Share the framework name, version, jurisdiction, target timeline, procurement context, and required evidence through a consultation request. Civerent will evaluate the request against current platform and implementation scope before making a commitment.
